I don't sell strategy. I sell the diagnosis that has to come before strategy is useful.

The first move is identical whether we work together for ninety minutes or six months: we find the structural problem under the symptom you walked in with. What changes between depths isn't the method. It's how far we go after the diagnosis lands.

Name the problem you actually have, not the one you've been treating.

02 Reframe

Language, offer, audience, or structure. Whichever one is misaligned.

03 Rebuild

Only if rebuilding is what the diagnosis calls for. Sometimes it isn't.

You know what's broken. You're done diagnosing. You're ready to do the work.

The diagnosis isn't the problem anymore. You've named it. Out loud, in writing, to yourself, to a friend, maybe in a session with me. You know what's misaligned. You know it's the offer, the audience, the structure, or the way you're showing up.

What you need now is someone in the room while you fix it. Not a coach. Not a contractor. A strategist who'll keep you honest about what the diagnosis actually said.

Stay Close After

We've already done the work together. You want to keep the diagnostic eye nearby.

The engagement ended. The rebuild landed. And now you're in the part nobody talks about. The maintenance. The new version of the business is working but it's also new, which means it's fragile, which means patterns will try to creep back in if no one's watching for them.

This is where you stay close. Not for support. For pattern recognition.
