A contained deep dive into one specific structural issue inside your business. Not sold directly. Entry is through the Direction Session, where we decide together whether this is the right next move.
The Orientation Intensive exists for founders who already know where the pressure is building but can't see the shape of it from inside the business. You don't need a 12-week container and you don't need another strategy session. You need somebody to sit with the problem at a structural level and give it a name.
This is the work between "something is off" and "I know exactly what to restructure."
Most intensives in this industry are glorified coaching days. This isn't that. The work is diagnostic, the output is decision-grade, and the container is built to produce a specific result: one load-bearing issue named, examined from multiple angles, and translated into a clear structural move.
The Intensive runs across a focused container of private sessions and asynchronous thinking. The shape is fixed. The specifics are built around the issue you bring in.
Before we meet, you submit a structured intake covering the business as it exists today. Not the pitch version. The real one. I read it against the pattern library and come in with hypotheses already forming.
Focused 1:1 time working the issue from multiple angles. Positioning, offer structure, audience fit, decision architecture. We name what's actually load-bearing and test the read against everything downstream.
You leave with a written artifact. Not a slide deck, not a strategy document. A named pattern, the structural move that follows from it, and the decision framework for executing without relitigating.
Because it shouldn't be. The container is shaped around a specific structural issue, and buying it without first naming that issue usually produces a worse outcome than skipping the Intensive entirely. The Direction Session is the filter. It protects both of us.
You might be right. You also might be looking at a symptom. The Direction Session is short enough to confirm the read quickly. If you've named the actual load-bearing issue, we move straight into designing the Intensive. If you've named a surface pattern, we find the structural one together first.
The specifics get designed during the Direction Session based on the issue we're working. What's fixed is the structure: excavation, live diagnosis, decision map. What varies is how those phases get shaped around your business.
One-time and contained by design. The Intensive is built to produce one clear structural outcome, not to become a retainer. If ongoing advisory is the right fit, there are containers for that. The Intensive stays what it is.
Then you get told that. Sometimes the Intensive is the right move. Sometimes Stop Starting Over is. Sometimes the issue is smaller than it feels and a single Direction Session resolves it. The only way the Direction Session fails is if we don't name the real pattern.
Because the Intensive is built around one specific structural issue, we need to know what that issue actually is before booking the container. The Direction Session is where we figure that out together. If the Intensive is the right next move, we design it from there. If it isn't, you leave with a clearer next step either way.
Where every paid engagement begins.
We locate the load-bearing issue, name what's actually happening, and decide together whether the Orientation Intensive is the right container for the work. If it is, you're invited in. If another engagement fits better, I tell you that instead.
